BTech Notices
IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO TAKE NOTE
Welcome to the BTech Programme. As you embark on a new semester of studies, please take note
of the following critical points applicable throughout the course of your studies
1. Any student who is caught copying write-up of lab experiment, assignment etc.
will be penalized before facing disciplinary action which may lead to
expulsion.
2. Students are required to attend all lectures, tutorials and lab sessions (for
lab-based modules). If you have to miss lessons due to various reasons, please
seek formal written approval in advance from the BTech Programme by
applying online found on the BTech Web. Supporting documents will have to be provided before
the application is processed. Students on leave of avbsence for 1 semester or more will
have to inform BTech Office 1 month before they come back.
3. Any student who is caught to be absent from class without formal approval
will be given verbal and written warning and may be barred from examinations
subsequently.
4. Kindly adhere to deadlines given by the academic staff/BTech Programme for
submission of projects, assignments, forms etc. Please note that late
submissions will not be entertained.
5. Students are to read and take note of any letters/circulars which are sent to
them from BTech Programme as these contain important information or actions
to follow-up. Students are to check their emails regularly for any updated information
or messages from the lecturers. General Information will also be put up on the BTech Programme's
notice board. Any omission of follow-up actions by students due to negligence
or feigned ignorance will not be entertained or excused.
6. Students who wish to request for a review of their examination results must submit a form (Form E-Review) to BTech Office
within 3 working days of the official publication of examination results. A fee of $10 will be charged for the review of the answer scripts of
each examination paper.
7. Details of the course, including list of modules, pre-requisites, module
descriptions etc. , can be found on the BTech web:

8. If you are unsure of any issues or circulars which are sent to you, please
