Course Structure

Students are to major in Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering in the later stages of their course.

A student majoring in Mechanical Engineering is to read a certain number of electives from the Mechanical Engineering specialization. He/she will graduate with a B.Tech.(Mechanical Engineering) degree. (Note: Electives marked ‘+’ under ‘Modules Information’ belong to the Mechanical Engineering specialization.)

Similarly, a student majoring in Manufacturing Engineering will read a certain number of electives from the Manufacturing Engineering specialization. He/she will graduate with a B.Tech.( Manufacturing Engineering) degree. (Note: Electives marked ‘*’ under ‘Modules Information’ belong to the Manufacturing Engineering specialization.)
